Norcross Football Ranks in MaxPreps 2013 Preseason List
The Norcross High team came in at No. 3 for early contenders in the nation.
Even though it's not football season quite yet, MaxPreps is getting a headstart with its 2013 Preseason Top 25 High School Football Early Contenders list, and the Blue Devils are a part of it.
The online site ranked the Norcross High football team No. 3 nationally, which doesn't come as a suprise after the school's undefeated streak last season and winning the Class AAAAAA title.
MaxPreps did an in-depth overview of why the Blue Devils deserve its high ranking. Calling the team "big, fast and strong," the site reasons that Big Blue has many strong players returning: strong defense Lorenzo Carter, three top linebackers including Kevin Mouhon, and five offensive linemen, including Myles Autry.
