It will be a long weekend for Gwinnett County Public Schools students.
School will be closed Friday, Feb. 15 and Mon. Feb. 18, President's Day. Neither students nor teachers report to class.
These days were originally scheduled as this school year's first snow make-up days. However, the district has not had to close because of bad weather.
Upcoming Days to Remember
Feb. 25 - 26: These are early release days for kindergarten through eighth grade. Classes are ending early for parent-teacher conferences.
March 11: This is a student holiday, and a planned furlough day for school employees.
March 29: This is the next snow make-up day. Teachers and students will be out that day if there are no weather cancellations until then.
