The real estate market continues to change, and Lawrenceville is no different

Some highlights from the month of May:

  • Active listings is down 58 percent from this time last year. (This means that there are fewer homes for buyers, and this may then drive the prices of homes up.)
  • The median listing price is up from this time year, $150,000 to $225,000.
  • The average number of days that homes stayed on the market is down 27 percent
