Victim in Fatal Accident Identified As Man Reported Missing Last Week

The body of missing UGA student Quinton Ayers was discovered in his vehicle.

Gwinnett County Police have identified the victim in a  in Dacula as .

Ayers, a UGA student, was last seen in Athens around 1 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 31. His last cell phone activity was traced to a location near the Gwinnett County Airport.

His vehicle was discovered Sept. 3 approximately 40 feet off Highway 316.
