Suspect Identified in Officer-Involved Shooting, Faces Charges

Lilburn Police have identified the suspect in an officer-involved shooting on March 18, 2013, and issued warrants for his arrest. The suspect remains at the hospital.

Police have identified the shoplifting suspect in an officer-involved shooting March 18 at a Lilburn Family Dollar.

The man is identified as 62-year-old Louis Richardson, said Lilburn Police Chief Bruce Hedley. He has no known address.

Richardson faces charges of aggravated assault on a peace officer, felony obstruction of a law enforcement officer, and theft by shoplifting.
