Still-Warm Lawn Mower Stolen From Lilburn Front Yard

The stolen property has an estimated value of $700.

A Lilburn man contacted Gwinnett Police on Wednesday, Sept. 12 to report that his lawn mower had been stolen.

According to police reports, the victim stated that he had finished cutting his grass and went inside his home in the 800 block of Cedar Trace to take a rest before putting up the mower. When the victim returned to his front yard, about an hour and half later, his lawn mower was gone.

The mower is described as a Honda, variable speed, self-propelled mower. It is gray with a red Briggs and Stratton Engine. The estimated value of the missing property is $700. The victim was able to give police the model and serial number of the missing mower.
