A missing 22-month-old baby was found safe and unharmed in Gwinnett County on Sunday, but her mother is on the lam, according to a news report.
Fairburn police told the AJC that the child's mother, Porsha Reeder, absconded with the baby during a supervised visit on July 27.
Although the baby was later found at Reeder's mother's home in Gwinnett County, Reeder was not initially located, according to the AJC report.
