Loganville/Grayson Crime Report: Aggravated Stalking, Aggravated Assault and Battery

These Loganville and Grayson area residents were arrested by Gwinnett County PD during the first two weeks of January 2013.

The following Loganville or Grayson residents were booked into the Gwinnett Detention Center during the period Jan. 2 - 13 Jan. 2013. The information comes from the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Department Docket Book. These individuals have been charged with, but not convicted of, the crimes listed.

Jan 1

  • Robert Aubrey Hazelwood, of 571 Sequioa Ct., Loganville, was charged with driving under the influence – drugs/alcohol and failure to obey signs or control devices.
  • Andrea Robert Bossman, of 205 Amilia Way, Loganville, was charged with DUI – drugs/alcohol, violate limited license conditions, expired tag, MV wrong side of road.
  • Virginio Gongora Mendez, of 179 Howe Lane, Loganville, was charged with DUI – alcohol, no drivers license, hold for immigration, open container law and speeding.

  • Adrian Dean Booth, of 200 Windermere Drive, Loganville, was charged with violation of probation.
  • Kelli Shavonne Zamora, of 438 Ryland Ave., Loganville, was held for another agency.
  • Barrington Oliver Smith, 1996 Temple Park Drive, Loganville, was charged with criminal trespass, battery and cruelty to children-3rd degree.

Jan 3

  • Ardella Danielle Jones, 826 Keeling Mill Lane, Grayson, was charged with aggravated stalking.
  • James Kelly Burt, of 2570 Sea Turtle Lane, Grayson, was charged with violating the Georgia Controlled Substand Act (controlled substance) , improper lane change and possession of less than 1 ounce of marijuana.
  • Franklin Lee Yates, of 1525 Grayson Highway # 1604, Grayson, was charged with suspended/revoked license, safety belt violation (ages 5 to 17) and taillights/lenses required.
  • Shirlene Earlene Lewis, of 4615 Ivy Fork Drive, Loganville, was charged with simple battery.
  • David Lee Miller, of 235 Line St., Loganville, was charged with a violation of probation.
  • Rodney Shane Young, of Lot. 17, 5370 Highway 20, Loganville, was charged with a violation of probation.
  • Earl Nathaniel Thomas, of 4432 Beaverton Circle, Loganville, was charged with criminal damage to property – 2nd degree and terroristic threats and acts.

  • Wade Scott Harvey, of 3751 Stephens Road, Loganville, was charged with VGCSA – Schedule II, violation of drug related objects and loitering for purpose of drug activity.
  • Jody Lee Gann, of 2651 White Rose Drive, Loganville, was charged with driving while license suspended/revoked, failure to appear and following too close.
  • Whitney Lynn Browning, of 4184 Timber Trace Road, Loganville, was charged with violation of probation.

Jan. 5

  • Percy Allen III Moore, of 454 Village Way, Loganville, was charged with improper parking (in the park) and possession of marijuana, less than 1 ounce.

Jan. 8

  • Alexander John Gallo, of 3585 Lochmill Dr., Loganville, was charged with entering an auto.
  • Bradley Scott Harris, of 4015 Menow Court, Loganville, was charged with DUI – alcohol, DUI – less safe and failure to maintain lane.
  • Pedro Sales, of 166 Howe Lane, Loganville, was charged with no. drivers license, speeding and was held for immigration.
  • Andrew Cody Clay, of 5014 Logans Run, Loganville, was charged with violating probation.
  • Shyerra Ta’Fari Harris, of 1020 Burning Bush Drive, Loganville, was charged with failure to appear and possession of less than 1 ounce of marijuana.
  • Sam Egbri, of 1305 McKinsey Ridge, Loganville, was charged with making false statements.
  • Maribel Legra Switzer, of 1908 Cutleaf Creek Road, Grayson, was charged with deposit account fraud and operating vehicle with suspended/cancel/revoked registration.
  • Anita Chibogwu Aghadiuno, of 2741 Stoney Place Court, Grayson, was charged with obstruction law enforcement officer and simple battery.
