2 Men Considered Suspects in Handgun Theft at Peachtree Corners Restaurant
The incident happened May 19 at Taqueria del Mar. A handgun was among the items stolen.
Two suspects are being sought in connection with the theft of a handgun at a Peachtree Corners restaurant.
The incident took place May 19 at the Taqueria del Mar, located at 5075 Peachtree Parkway.
Gwinnett County police said that a man reported that after eating at the restaurant he forgot his satchel. Inside the bag was a pistol and other personal items.

"When he returned to retrieve the satchel a short time later it was gone," officials said in a press release.
Officers reviewed surveillance video from the restaurant and observed two suspects -- a man and a woman -- stealing the bag. No vehicle was observed. (See attached photos.)

The suspects are described as:
Suspect 1: Black male, about 6 feet 1 inches tall, medium build, short hair and clean-shaven. He was wearing a ball cap with a white emblem on the front, a large gray T-shirt with a white Nike emblem, dark pants, and white basketball shoes or running shoes.
Suspect 2: Black female, about 5 feet 8 inches tall and heavy build, with long, black hair pulled back. She was wearing a pink shirt with an opening on the back between the shoulders, dark pants, pink shoes, and she carried a large, dark purse.
