Reuben A. 'Junior' Grant: Former Norcross Councilman, Volunteer Fire Chief
Longtime Norcross resident died Sunday, Dec. 2 at the age of 84.
Reuben A. “Junior” Gant, 84, of Norcross, passed away Dec. 2, 2012.
Mr. Gant, a U.S. Army veteran, was a member of Norcross First Baptist Church for 70 years.
He served on the Norcross City Council for 16 years and was a member of the Norcross Masonic Lodge No. 227 FA&M for 60 years.

Mr. Gramt was the fire chief for the city of Norcross Volunteer Fire Department, and he always wanted what was best for the city of Norcross.
He was an avid fisherman and camper. He loved his grandkids, great-grandkids and enjoyed helping and teaching folks.
