Number of Peachtree Corners Home Sales On The Rise in 2012
Average price of a home sold has increased by over $50,000 in the last 12 months and year to date, the number of homes sold in Peachtree Corners have made a dramatic jump.
The City of Peachtree Corners Real Estate market update for August, 2012.
There were 13 homes sold in September 2012. In September 2011 there were 17 homes sold. Year to date in The City of Peachtree Corners 229 homes have sold compared to 160 for the same period of 2011. This was an excellent increase in the number of homes sold.
There are 48 homes under contract in various stages waiting to close. This is another great sign that we are on the road to recovery.
The average price of a home that sold in September, 2011 in the area which is now The City of Peachtree Corners was $271,632. The average price of a home that sold in September, 2012 was $327,877 in The City of Peachtree Corners.
There is still plenty of inventory. There are 104 homes on the market which is an 8 month supply.
