Dacula Girl Scouts Join Effort to Find Homes for Deserving Pets
Girl Scout Troop 1343 has joined the Homeless Pet Club community and is working locally with the Gwinnett County Animal Shelter to bring awareness to the issues of homeless pets in the community.

Troop 1343 has 16 members representing Alcova Elementary, Harbins Elementary, Dacula Elementary, and Dacula Middle schools in Dacula, and Berkeley Lake Elementary in Duluth. All 16 girls have been working non-stop to find their sponsored pet, Noah, a loving home.
Noah is an energetic, 2-year old black and white lab/pitbull mix who is great with children, loves to play ball and sit in your lap. Noah would be a great addition to any loving family.

The girls of Troop 1343 believe by working together as a community we can find loving homes for all animals who are often displaced, abandoned and sometimes destroyed due to circumstances not within their control. Troop 1343 has visited with Noah, played ball with him, decorated his pen (Pen #155) at the shelter, and made him chew toys and a personalized bandana.
