Gwinnett-Based Xbowling Recognized As Top 40 Technology Company

Xbowling of Dacula recognized as Top 40 Technology Company in Georgia; CEO Tim Minard named businessperson of the year by Bowling Center Management Magazine.

Xbowling, a free app that empowers bowlers using smart phones or other devices to compete with each other remotely, announced it was selected by the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG) as one of the state’s top 40 technology companies.

TAG, the leading technology industry association in the state, recognized technology companies for their innovation, financial impact and international efforts to raise awareness about Georgia’s technology initiatives.

Additionally, Sports Challenge Network President and CEO Tim Minard was named Businessperson of the Year by Bowling Center Management Magazine, the industry’s leading business publication and official trade magazine of the Bowling Proprietors’ Association of America. Sports Challenge Network, which developed xbowling, specializes in creating new ways for people to connect and compete in recreational sports through social, mobile-based technology.
