Sometimes it's good to be a loser.
NBC's reality TV show "The Biggest Loser" is holding a casting call to choose contestants for its 15th season. The show features overweight individuals working to drop the most pounds to vie for a $250,000 cash prize.
"We are looking for contestants that have over 80 pounds to lose, but most importantly those with great stories, compelling backgrounds, and a lot of personality," a spokesperson for "The Biggest Loser," said in an e-mail to Patch. "Our casting directors are very excited to be in the area and are hoping to speak with people who are really serious about changing their lives and getting healthy."
If you're interested in auditioning for the show, you must pre-register to be considered — you can do that here — and then attend a casting call that will be held Saturday, May 11 at the Georgian Terrace Hotel at 659 Peachtree St. N.E., Atlanta.
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age as of June 5, 2013, and a legal U.S. resident. Click here for more information.
