- 3333 Buford Drive, Suite 2019A, Buford, Ga. – Permit issued for interior finish (Boost Virgin Mobile store).
- 3333 Buford Drive, Buford, Ga. - Permit issued for interior finish (J.C. Penney store).
- 2020 Clean Water Drive, Buford, Ga. – Permit issued for construction office for use by landscaping company.
- 3333 Buford Drive, Suite 1000, Buford, Ga. – Tenant change permit issued (Computer Care +).
