Graft in Grayson Ranked in Top 5 New Restaurants in the Metro Atlanta Area in 2012
Graft, the new farm-to-table restaurant in Grayson was selected as No. 5 in the top new restaurants to open in the Metro Atlanta area in 2012 by Atlanta Journal Constitution's food critics.
When AJC Food blogs came out recently with the top new restaurants to open in the metro Atlanta area in 2012, Graft in Grayson was No. 5 on the list.
"We were obviously excited to hear that," said Seth Clemence, who with his wife, Ashley, opened the restaurant in August 2012. "We didn't know about it, someone read it and let us know."
Prior to the opening of Graft, the couple spent months restoring the old Grayson House. They also planted gardens in the rear of the building and pride themselves on providing healthy meals along with some sophisticated wine parings. . The restaurant will feature three unique tapas style plates paired with wines from Spain's wine country.

Graft is located at 516 Grayson Highway in Grayson.
