Eye Candy Art Studio Celebrating Grand Opening

New business on Main Street in Duluth hosting grand opening activities Friday, March 22, and Saturday, March 23.

Eye Candy Art Studio invites the community to its grand opening celebration Friday, March 22, and Saturday, March 23, at 3127 Main St. in downtown Duluth. The studio welcomes visitors with a fresh coat of paint.

The studio offers art supplies and classes, paint your own pottery, wine sipping and painting classes for adults, and a summer camp for children.

Grand opening activities include "Meet and Greet the Artists" from 7-9 p.m. Friday with musical entertainment by the Threadbare Skivvies throughout the evening.

Face painting, class registration specials, and pottery discounts will be offered from noon-6 p.m. Saturday.

Regular hours are 11 a.m.-6 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday, 11 a.m.-8 p.m. Friday and Saturday. The studio is closed on Sunday and Monday.

Ashley Towers relocated Peace, Love & Pottery from Buford to the leased Duluth space and renamed her business. She opened the Duluth studio in partnership with Bruno Taillefer.

Luv for Art, which was previously located in the space, and Peace, Love & Pottery merged to form Eye Candy Art Studio.

New permanent signs including a perpendicular “blade” sign on the front and a rear entrance wall sign have been ordered.
