James R. Everson, age 16, son of Keith and Jody Everson of Dacula, has been awarded the rank of Eagle Scout. James is a member of Troop 597, sponsored by the Hamilton Mill UMC. He was awarded his Eagle Scout rank on June 22, 2013. James built an outdoor classroom complete with a podium, 6 benches, and fire pit to be used by the Hamilton Mill United Methodist Church. He is currently a Junior at Hebron Christian Academy.
